A friend recommended Nicole after we fired our first listing realtor after 75 days on the market. After meeting with Nicole she was surprised that our house did not sell with the first realtor since it was actually a very nice home. Nicole has previously helped us sell a home. This year, Nicole helped with the purchase of a new condo. We employed Nicole for the purchase because our prior experience was so positive. We are currently living out of state, so having the support of an excellent real estate agent is critical. Nicole worked with us every step of the way and was always protecting our interests. We had a complicated sale, did our research for an experienced agent, and fortunately selected Nicole Flores for the task. Nicole is pleasant to work with, listens to her customers, and is an extremely hard worker. For example, while a lot of agents simply place a lock box on a property and rely on the buyers’ agents to sell the property, Nicole made sure that she attended almost every showing for this complicated listing and listened to the feedback from the potential buyers.

We were working with a top-rated agent from another well-known real estate company, but we struck out. Nicole happened to be in the neighborhood, having just sold a house down the street that was barely on the market. We had multiple agents ringing our doorbell (from some purchased list of potential home sellers from data mining companies!), but Nicole thoughtfully knocked in case our children were napping. We made several interviews with various agents but our 2-year old loved Nicole like she was his long-lost Auntie, and we knew she was the one for us and didn’t bother interviewing any other agents. She was upfront about listing price expectations and provided numerous comps at our initial meeting. Due to our previous experience, we asked Nicole if we could cancel our contract with her anytime we felt that the relationship wasn’t progressing the way we anticipated. She replied that we were free to walk away because she wouldn’t want any of her clients to be unhappy working with her. Nicole hired a stager to help us update our home before listing, and the stager was also wonderful to work with. We followed nearly every suggestion and these changes almost made us want to stay in our home. Nicole’s brother is also a plumber who was able to help us with some last minute fixes, and we even had access to great painters through her. Nicole walked with us through all the preparations and before the end of the first week of listing, we had multiple offers and our house was sold! Nicole was prompt with phone calls, emails, and texts with questions, comments and other concerns, even though her phone was broken at some point. She was very professional from listing to closing and has a great professional team, photographer and attorney included. She was easy to talk with, get along with, and even gave hugs when needed to a stressed-out momma (so very appreciated!). We first contacted her in 2013 and she was honest with us and let us know that we would not be able to sell our home for what we needed at that time. We sat and waited for two years for the market to improve, and unlike other agents we had contacted in the past, Nicole kept in touch with us and kept us informed about the market and gave advice as to the best time to sell. She did her best to make sure to make time for us, even when it was only one or two houses we were interested in seeing. When we did finally find the home we wanted to make an offer on, Nicole offered guidance on putting together an offer and helping us lock in the deal. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent!

Nicole helped our daughter find her house 3 years ago. Our daughter told us how diligent Nicole worked for her. Covering every aspect of the search and closing on her house. We wanted an agent who would be there for us in all the phases of our house searching as lived in California and needed someone who would go above and beyond. Nicole proved to be that person. She handled it all very well. Nicole is organized. She knows what questions to ask, what research must me done, and has excellent people skills. Also, she contacted the people we needed to get reports and closing issues resolved. From the very beginning of our search for a home, Nicole was there for us. I didn’t have a reason to interact with anyone at Baird & Warner except our agent, Nicole Flores, and she was absolutely wonderful. This was our first time buying a home and we weren’t sure about a lot of things (condo v. house, neighborhood). She was extremely patient and allowed us to figure out what we wanted while offering expert information. We worked with another agent from a different company who seemed to get discouraged with us very early in the process and even told us that we would never find everything that we were looking for. Another agent made us feel like we weren’t worth her time because we weren’t buying a million dollar home, but Nicole was encouraging and helped us find the perfect home. I wish I knew more people who were buying/selling a home because I would love to send more business her way. Hopefully, she will still be with Baird & Warner if ever my husband and I decide to sell our home.
