With both his Bachelors and Masters degrees as well as a decade of experience as a high school special education teacher and wrestling coach, David Gould brings a unique perspective and invaluable skill set to his real estate clients. David’s transition to real estate nearly ten years ago may have been inevitable, as he learned the business at an early age – growing up in a family that has been developing and managing Chicago real estate for nearly four decades. It is this unique combination as educator, mentor and savvy real estate professional that makes David such a strong advocate and partner for his clients today. Throughout every phase of the real estate transaction, buyers and sellers alike appreciate his responsiveness, tenacity, and dedication to reaching the finish line. David has lived all over Chicago from Ravenswood to River North and is always happy to share his deeply personal knowledge of all that the city has to offer – from its watering holes, coffee shops and fine dining restaurants to the best places to take a yoga or Cross Fit class or where to send your kids for daycare. In his spare time, he loves hanging out with his dogs and he is an avid world traveler with just two continents left on his Bucket List.
