Born and raised in Chicago, Xavier Flores is a dynamic and engaging professional who began his real estate career working with one of the city’s top-ranked producers – with over $100 million in career sales. Equipped with his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from DePaul University, Xavier helped to grow their business through savvy digital and print marketing campaigns. With his go-getter attitude and keen intelligence, it wasn’t long before his responsibilities grew to include all phases of this thriving and busy real estate business – working simultaneously with multiple clients and assisting throughout every step of their transactions, from pre-listing market analyses to closing. Having learned from the best, Xavier earned his broker’s license in 2021 and now brings his abundant capabilities and knowledge to his own real estate clients.

Working in different customer-facing positions, Xavier sharpened his keen communication skills and learned the importance of forging relationships built on integrity and trust. Xavier also understands that every real transaction is unique and requires meticulous assessment of the client’s particular situation and the ability to provide relevant, accurate and up-to-date, market-driven advice. Knowing that every real estate transaction must balance informed and objective decision-making with the emotional impact of buying or selling a home, Xavier never fails to go above-and-beyond to guide his clients successfully through every step of the process.
Beyond his professional life, Xavier is a firm believer in giving back to his community. Every year, he is honored, proud and personally thrilled to volunteer with CAMP FASD. This pioneering program offers a positive and safe environment for children diagnosed with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder to develop the life skills they need to thrive in everyday life.
When he is not working, Xavier loves to take advantage of the city he has always called home! He never passes up the opportunity to cheer on his favorite Chicago sports teams and regardless of the weather, he enjoys the city’s rich variety of seasonal festivals – from the Taste of Chicago and Lollapalooza to December’s colorful Christkindlmarket.
