Before starting in real estate, Nicole’s own negative home buying experience lit the way for her future client service mentality: she knew she could do so much better if she thought in terms of exceeding expectations.

Going the extra mile is a fundamental tenet of Nicole’s business, whether it is for a $25,000 or $4 million listing–both of which broke records in her office for lowest and highest sales. Not satisfied with only traditional advertising for her listings, Nicole creates custom marketing campaigns for her listings including TV and social media commercials. As a lifelong Chicago resident, Nicole goes the distance by maintaining the most up-to-date market knowledge in Edgebrook, Sauganash, Wildwood, Edison Park, Norwood Park, Jefferson Park, Skokie, Lincolnwood, and Park Ridge–but wherever the business is, Nicole will go.

Giving back and connecting with her community on a deeper level is another way Nicole uses her business to make a positive influence. With the help of her children, past clients, and the Edgebrook Elementary School, Nicole orchestrated a coat drive resulting in thousands of coats for the New Hope Food Pantry. She is also an active supporter of Henry Schueler 41 & 9 Foundation, and a proud sponsor and volunteer with the Danny Did Foundation. Nicole was recently honored with the Danny Did Community Partnership Award.
